形容词比较级的构成：
①单音节形容词或少数双音节形容词，在单词后面直接加er构成比较级。
tall—taller short—shorter long—longer
②以辅音字母加y结尾的形容词，要变y为i再加er。
funny—funnier healthy—healthier
③以辅音字母结尾的重读闭音节词，要双写末尾的辅音字母再加er。
hot—hotter big—bigger fat—fatter red—redder
④多音节形容词要借助于more构成比较级。
outgoing—more outgoing difficult—more difficult
important—more important serious—more serious
tall—short thin—heavy/fat thin—thick
long—short calm—wild
