1. Li Qiang felt worried and unsettled. He suffered from time lag.

2. A stewardess led him into the capsule through a small opening. After a calming drink, he felt sleepy. The capsule began swinging gently sideways.

3. New surroundings were difficult to tolerate. The air seemed thin. His head ached. He tried to make adjustment to the new situation. He put on a mask. Wang Ping showed him how to use a hovering carriage, which can move more swiftly.

4. They found the wall of a room made of trees. Wang Ping flashed a switch on a computer screen and a table and some chairs rose from under the floor. They had a brief meal and a hot bath. Exhausted, he slid into and fell fast asleep.
