It is (was) 被强调部分+ that (who) + 句子其他部分。
此结构强调的成分仅限于主语、宾语、表语和状语。
一、强调句型的强调部分必须是对 that / who之后句子的某一成分表示强调，如果把“It is (was)...that”去掉，该句应该意思完整，不缺任何句子成分：
Is it _____ who wants to see you?(白板上此处标点有误)
